The Shop app does not accurately display your order status for orders from the Red Raven Games store. We're unable to integrate our fulfillment systems directly with the Shop app, and we're also unable to disable the Shop app while using the Shopify storefront system. Instead of checking though the Shop app, please be on the lookout for an email from trackingvf@pubservinc.com which will contain the tracking information for your package.

We often have pre-orders open for a time after a campaign ends, but after the pre-orders are closed it is no longer possible to order a Kickstarter edition of the game. All our games are also released through retail, so you’ll have a chance to get the game later on.

We occasionally sell special items directly through our online store (shipping to the US only). We also will often make special items available as add-ons for Kickstarter campaigns with international shipping. If a particular item isn’t available through one of these two channels, then it’s not currently available through us.

We are sometimes able to offer international shipping for crowdfunding campaigns or for pre-order items, but we are currently unable to offer international shipping for standard products. Most products in our online store are US-shipping only.

All of our sales are handled through distribution channels.
